Shipping policy
Eclo Art does its best to ship orders within 5-7 days of placement.
A notification will be sent to you, along with tracking information, as soon as your adornment has been dispatched. Delivery dates vary depending on location.
Local (NZ) orders have free shipping with an order $100 or more.
International orders are responsible for shipping and any customs taxes or import duties.
We pack your art with detailed care and love and protection, however we do not take responsibility for any potential damage to the art or loss of art in shipping and handling proceedings outside of the studio.
