As the clock turns to 2025, I, Emy Oikawa, the clay artist behind Eclo Art, am stepping into a powerful word that will guide my year and my life: EMBODIMENT. This isn’t just a word; it’s a practice, a mindset, and a call to action for myself and for all of you who follow my journey. Embodiment is about fully stepping into who we are meant to be—the best, most aligned, and most abundant versions of ourselves.
This year, I am embodying my next-level self: the professional artist I’ve always aspired to be, the abundant and empowered creator, and the version of me who lives with intention, gratitude, and unwavering belief in her dreams. It’s not just about dreaming big—it’s about becoming that dream, starting from within. Every thought, every feeling, and every action will align with the person I am becoming. And the best part? I want you to come on this journey with me.
What Does Embodiment Mean?
Embodiment is about bringing the future into the now. It’s about living as though what you desire has already happened. For me, this means:
-
Thinking thoughts of gratitude and abundance.
-
Taking consistent action toward my goals.
-
Creating art that inspires love, empowerment, and transformation in myself and others.
-
Trusting my intuition and embracing my unique journey.

It’s a deep inner transformation that begins with the way I see myself and the energy I bring into the world. And as I embody this future version of Emy, I want to inspire you to do the same for yourself.
How You Can Embody Your Next-Level Self
Here are some practical tips to help you step into your next-level self, just as I am doing:
-
Visualisation: Spend a few minutes each day visualizing your ideal life. See yourself living your dreams—feel the emotions, see the details, and believe it’s already yours.
-
Journaling: Write as though your dreams have already come true. For example, start your entries with, “I am so grateful that…” and describe your dream life as if it’s your current reality.
-
Mirror Work: Stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and speak affirmations aloud. Say things like, “I am abundant,” “I am worthy,” “I am the best version of myself.” Feel the power of your words.
-
Gratitude Practice: Start and end your day by listing things you are grateful for. Gratitude is a high-vibration energy that attracts more goodness into your life.
-
Take Inspired Action: Embodiment isn’t just about thinking and feeling—it’s about doing. Take small steps every day that align with the future you’re creating.

Growing as a Collective
When we embody our best selves, we don’t just transform our own lives—we inspire those around us. My hope is that as you see me stepping into my next level, you’ll be inspired to do the same. Together, we can create a ripple effect of growth, love, and empowerment, building a stronger and more connected society.

IT IS DONE
I’ve made a lifelong commitment to embody the person I’ve always wanted to be. This isn’t just about 2025—it’s about a way of living. I believe that if you can imagine it, you can create it. The moment you decide to embody your dream life, it is already done.
So, let’s do this together. Let’s embrace embodiment, love, empowerment, and . Let’s give ourselves permission to experience all the beauty this world has to offer. And let’s inspire others to do the same.
